I can't say enough about J & S. We arrived at our beach home on Friday night and had water on the floor. My husband called Jason and left message and he returned our call within 15 minutes. J & S came first thing Saturday morning and repaired leak within an hour. Great customer service!!

Had a drain back up at last night, first thing this morning I reached out to J&S and with in minutes I was notified I was on their schedule, then a few minutes later notified again that Joe was en route. Joe arrived a short time later. Joe was professional, knew right where to go to find the issue and within minutes Joe had the issue corrected. Then I got a 3d notification thanking me for choosing J&S.

Cannot say enough good things about how our repair job was completed. Tyler was on time, found the leak (under the sidewalk), busted through the sidewalk with minimal damage, and fixed it all up in a very professional manner. Cost was very fair too. Great job! Highly recommend!
